Only one way to exercise rights and multiple selections on authorized
- Facilitated choice of authorized persons: In the tab of operation we have added in reference to the authorizedpersons the possibility of choosing "all those of the selected elements of the organization chart" so in one click you can authorize the persons of the indicated elements without having to choose them one by one.
- Unified way of exercising rights: it is possible to indicate a single way of exercising the rights of the interested party provided for by operation, in this way you will no longer have to enter, for each right, the way.
- Violation that causes no harm: the option "no harm caused" has been added to the compilation of the violation procedure, use it when the person concerned has not suffered any consequences.
- Choose yourmandatory personal data with one click: You no longer have to select the mandatory personal data types fromprivacy policy individually because you can enter them all with one click.

Identification on operations, user invitations and simplified owner management
- Simplifies the management of the holders: now you can indicate where the list of the holders of operation is, without having to list them one by one, as required by the guidelines of the guarantor on the simplification of the register as a manager of operation.
- Monitor activities on authorized users: from today the activity section is integrated showing also all operations performed by users on authorized users at operation.
- Identify the operations: from now on, each operation is identified by a unique code so that you can recognise it more easily even when you export the register.

Co-owners' folders, copy of LIA and Assessment
- Organize joint owners into folders: group joint owners into folders, link them to their respective operations and use them in any register. From now on, you will no longer need to update all of the operations s they are linked to each time.
- Copying the LIA: Having introduced the LIA, we thought we would help you reduce the time when you need to carry out a new assessment of legitimate interest in respect of a similar purpose to an existing one. You can copy an LIA, even from another operation, to apply it to a new one.
- Copying the assessment: because the answers to different self-assessment tests may be similar or identical, you can copy assessments from and to different organisations. Save time and establish the maturity level of your privacy program.
- operations in co-ownership: as of today, we have decided to add a section to the co-owners' card that lists the operations linked to them. You will have the possibility, as in other cases, to see in how many and which operations the single co-owners are involved, simply by entering in their tab.

- Data operations: now it's even easier to enter data operations on a operation . You save time by selecting them all with one click without having to select them one by one.
- Transfer outside the EU: with this new feature you can add more guarantees for the same transfer, choose between those present and make it legal to transfer personal data outside the European Union.
