Management of operation holders and new filters for nominations
- Export of owners as a CSV file
You can now export the owners of operation in CSV format. In this way you will find, in a single document, the list of the holders and the operations that you have been entrusted with.
- Managing owners operation
We have added two new functions to manage the list of owners, with this update you order the list alphabetically to find them more easily.
- Filters on tenure appointments
From today, managing tenure appointments at operation is even easier. New filters are now available to help you understand the status of your nomination without having to open the individual files one by one.

Import of holders and cancellation of requests for authorisation to the operation
- Importing owners
Uploading the owners of an organisation's operation is now even easier. Now you can import them independently via an import path that you can use whenever you want.
- Deletion of authorisation requests
Improvements continue to be made to the procedure for digitally sending authorisations to operation. From now on you can also delete all pending requests.

Export consents, import organisation chart and search for owners
- Search for owners of operation
We have also included a company name search in the owner file of operation. This way you can find what you need quickly.
- Importing the organisation chart
Now, you also have the procedure for importing organisation chart elements at your disposal. So you do not have to create them one by one and you save time on data entry.
- Export of consents
The digital submission function of privacy policies is once again enhanced, with this update you export the acknowledgement and consent of all stakeholders and have everything you need to prove your accountability.

New web interfaces, LIA notes, shared and synchronised authorisations
- New interface
We have updated the web interface of privacy policies and operation authorisations sent digitally. It is now easier for interested parties and authorisations to access important information.
- Notes of the LIA inthe document
In the document dedicated to the assessment of legitimate interest we have added the field Notes, so you do not lose any information when you export the LIA.
- Authorised participants in training courses
If you have an ENTERPRISE subscription, when entering participants in a training course you have the option of also selecting authorised participants from other organisations in the group. This saves you time and lets you concentrate on what is important.
- Manager's authorisations synchronised
Enhancements continue to be made to the synchronisation of operations between owner and manager within a group of organisations. Now, the manager's authorisations are also synchronised on the owner's operations , also this function is only available for ENTERPRISE subscription plans.
- Activities of the manager in the register
When you export the register of operations, the field "Activities of the manager" is also present on the manager of operation , so you have all the information you need directly in the document.

Alerts on registers, configuration of privacy policies and attachments on DPOs
- Alerts on all registers
We have added a new icon to the pages of the different registers to show any deadlines related for example to managers, DPIAs or stakeholder requests. This way you always have everything under control.
- Attachments in the DPO tab
You now also have a documentation section in the DPO tab. So in addition to the contract, you can also upload other important documents.
- Import of organisations
Having added imports for managers, assets and authorisations, you can now also upload all organisations via track. This way you save time and avoid creating them one by one.
- Configuration of privacy policies
The work to improve compliance with the obligation to provide information does not stop. With this update, you will configure privacy policies during digital dispatch according to the category of interested parties to be informed.
- Proceduresin authorisations at operation
Now, when digitally submitting or exporting authorisations to operation, choose whether to also include the attachments of the procedures provided, either by organisation chart element or by operations performed.
