No more paper for the authorisations for operation that you now hand over to the authorised persons in digital format. With the new delivery and viewing procedure, you no longer have to print out any documents and you can meet all your information obligations in just a few clicks.
- Customizing thecatalogs
Even the menu for choosing the assets becomes customizable, so you have full control over the items to be used and enter all the types of assets you prefer.
- Exporting Documents to PDF
We have added the ability to export all documents in PDF format as well. Each time you download the document select the right format for you by choosing between Microsoft Word (.docx), Comma Separated File (.csv) and PDF.

Concentration mode, folder sharing and asset enhancement
- Sharing operations for folders
You now have a new way of sharing operations for the employee user. Also choose from folders created for organizations, registries, operations and share them with one click.
- Improved manager's section
We have also added information about your DPO on the manager's tab at operation . This way you have his contact details available in case you need them.
- Quickly link assets on operations
Managing the assets involved in operations is now faster: choose all operations with one click directly from an asset's tab without having to open them one by one.

Now you can copy the data of a pre-assessment from one operation to another. With this feature you save time and focus only on what is important.

Duplication of organizations, export of LIA and single violation
- Export a single violation
Now with this new feature you can also export a single violation. Just go to the Violations section, select it from the list and click the Exportbutton .
- Duplicate an organization 's data
You now have the ability to duplicate all of an organization's data by choosing what to copy from offices, assets, managers, operations, privacy policies and more. With this feature you save time and focus only on what's important.

Dates on operations, preview of models and search for VAT number
- Preview custom document temp lates
Now, in the print settings tab, view previews of the document templates you have customized. Use the customization feature and make your privacy document templates unique.
- Creation and modification date on operation
We have added two new fields to the operation tab that show the creation and last modification date. Useful for monitoring the management and updating of all your operations.
- Improved the search function for external figures
Now you can search for all the managers, owners and co-owners that you have entered in your domain through VAT number. In this way you can use the data already entered and reduce the compilation time.
- Copy data from an impact assessment
Now you can import data from an impact assessment from one organization to another without worrying about the linked operations . Take advantage of all the data already in a DPIA and link it to the operations that require it.
