More power to the employee and automatic withdrawal of consent

  • Automatic revocation of consent
    We have improved the management of data subject rights, with this update, if the purposes of the operations you enter into a privacy policy do not require consent, then automatically the right of revocation will be removed. This way you are sure not to forget anything.
  • Contributor user improved
    From today also the contributor user can use the procedure of sending privacy policies and digital consent management, moreover, for the only operations on which he has visibility, he can also carry out the evaluation of legitimate interest.
  • Organizational Report Simplified

ATECO codes and updating of the register of operations with MIA

  • ATECO code in an organisation's file
    We have inserted the ATECO codes in an organisation's file, so you can easily recognise an organisation's activity and, if they are available, choose the operations suggested for that sector in just a few clicks. Enter the General tab of an organization and indicate the relevant ATECO code.
  • Updating logs via MIA
    MIA, your personal assistant for creating operations, continues to improve. If you have more than one register of operations, choose where to add the suggested ones. Open the assistant and after selecting the operations choose which log to add them to.

    Mia, your personal assistant to the creation of operations, keeps getting better. Instantly recognize, based on an organization's business type, where suggestions are available.

    Customize web pages with your organization's logo as well. The logo is also shown on access pages to privacy policies and digitally submitted authorizations.
  • Attachments on feedback
    When you submit feedback via the app, you have the option to upload up to 3 attachments so you can add more detail to your requests. Getting in touch with us has never been easier.
  • Alert email to the user
    With this new feature, every time an interested party changes their preferences on a digitalprivacy policy , the user receives a summary email. In this way you keep track of all the consents given by the interested parties.

Assistant on operations, save filters and suggest menu items

  • Customizing Catalogs
    With the new suggestion feature, your custom catalog entries will be shown first in the selection menus. Also, if you edit an entry, UTOPIA tells you where it is used, so everything is neater.

History of preferences, new catalogs and task suggestion

  • Customizing Catalogs
    You now have new catalogs available to insert your own custom entries and use them whenever you like. In addition, every time you create a new entry, such as a purpose or a stakeholder category, it will be automatically added to the relevant catalog.
  • History of preferences
    From now on, for each privacy policy, you will also have at your disposal the history of the preferences expressed by the interested party, useful if, for example, consent is revoked. We have also improved the display of the replies of the interested parties so that you can immediately understand the status of your request.
  • More space for the content of a DPIA
    We've increased the character limit in all impact assessment entries, so when you're filling out a DPIA, you don't have to worry about the length of the content.
  • Improved asset export
    Now when you export assets or the organizational report you will also find all the related operations , so you always have a complete mapping available.
  • Job insertion made easy
    Now it is easier to choose a job for an authorization. To help you in the compilation, UTOPIA proposes automatically those already present in the organigram element of belonging.
