Co-owners' folders, copy of LIA and Assessment

  • Organize joint owners into folders: group joint owners into folders, link them to their respective operations and use them in any register. From now on, you will no longer need to update all of the operations s they are linked to each time.
  • Copying the LIA: Having introduced the LIA, we thought we would help you reduce the time when you need to carry out a new assessment of legitimate interest in respect of a similar purpose to an existing one. You can copy an LIA, even from another operation, to apply it to a new one.
  • Copying the assessment: because the answers to different self-assessment tests may be similar or identical, you can copy assessments from and to different organisations. Save time and establish the maturity level of your privacy program.
  • operations in co-ownership: as of today, we have decided to add a section to the co-owners' card that lists the operations linked to them. You will have the possibility, as in other cases, to see in how many and which operations the single co-owners are involved, simply by entering in their tab.

Assessment and LIA, the assessment of legitimate interest.

  • Take theassessment and find out the level of maturity of your privacy program: with this test you can make a complete analysis for each business area. You can use the indicators we have prepared for you or add your own. View your scores in graphical format and get a list of all the assessments you've taken over time.
  • Evaluate legitimate interest and use it as a legal basis: we have prepared a list of questions to help you understand whether you can use legitimate interest for your operations. It's a simple, intuitive and quick test based on the UK regulator's guidance. Do it whenever you want to use legitimate interest as a legal basis in a operation.

Autonomous controllers, data operations and safeguards for transfers outside the EU

  • Data operations: now it's even easier to enter data operations on a operation . You save time by selecting them all with one click without having to select them one by one.
  • Transfer outside the EU: with this new feature you can add more guarantees for the same transfer, choose between those present and make it legal to transfer personal data outside the European Union.
  • Track other owners: Now you also track all recipients who take on the role of owner for new operations as a result of the data transfer. Increase the information in your registry by supplementing it with new details.

Edit templates and multiple document downloads and new authorized screen

  • Template customization: customize all available document templates, from the organization report to the operations log to the violation log. You can change fonts, modify document layout, choose colors, and more. Use placeholders to dynamically insert data into any document you want to export.
  • Multiple document downloads: Now you can export the documents you need with a single click, even more than one at a time. Just select them and click the download button. Simple isn't it?
  • Linking organizations: you can now add a operation manager, owner or co-owner from the list of organizations in your account. You save time and always have up-to-date data.

Security measures, export of operations and new owner information

  • Export of single operation: with this new feature you can also export a single operation. Just select it from the list and click the download button!
  • Unified retention period: thanks to this handy feature you can apply the same retention period to different categories of personal data within the same operation, speeding up and simplifying your daily work.
  • Newsection attachments for the organization: in the new section attachments you can file any type of document, in this way you always have all the documentation related to the protection of personal data in the company available
  • Predefined security measures: With this function, you establish predefined security measures for the entire organization and automatically assign them to all operations, even those you already have.
  • DPO and owner attachments: When you run operations as a responsible party, also list the DPO's contact information, note the time and address for breach notification, and attach any documents.
  • New payment method: Sepa Direct Debit (SDD): added to the payment by credit card. Choose the method you prefer according to your needs.
