DPO, designation of the person responsible for operation and compatibility with Internet Explorer

  • You can indicate whether the DPO is internal or external and also attach the service contract (in any format)

Employee management, right to be forgotten, and improved approvals.

  • You can centrally manage all employees directly from the Settingsmenu
  • You can check the value of a field in a operation before editing it: go to the Approvals menu, click a operation and hover your mouse over the edited field.
  • You can exercise your right to be forgotten and request the destruction of all your data, including from our backups (only if you are the domain owner). Go to the Settings menu and click the icon at the top right of the toolbar.
  • You can census organizations with registered office in San Marino
  • You can add the new type to the assets of an organization: Network Equipment
  • All changes to operations are tracked. If you forget to save them UTOPIA will warn you!
