Improved virtual assistant, visibility of operations and new filter
- New entries for MIA the virtual assistant
Improvements continue to be made to the assistant at operations, in addition to the name of operation MIA now also offers the frequency, risk level, numerosity and form in which the data is found. All this is thanks to the growing artificial intelligence system.
- Added a filter to the register as owner
We have added a new filter to the register of operations that allows you to select the categories of stakeholders you prefer. This way you only see the operations you have decided to focus on.
- Save and create within tabs
It is now quicker and easier to manage tabs within the organisation section. You can create a new entry while saving the previous one. This way you reduce the number of steps you have to take when entering an entry.
- Visibility of a co-worker's operations
We have added a new setting in the co-worker's tab regarding the visibility of operations that have not been shared with him. You can now decide whether to show the full list or just the editable ones.
- Rating algorithm on operations
From now on, when you open the assistant you can also see how much a operation is used within a certain economic activity. The system also takes into account the most used ones in the last period, so your records are always up to date.

Authorisation alerts, owner filtering and system administrator reports
- New alert for authorisations at operation
Improvements continue to be made to the process of sending and viewing authorisations digitally at operation, now when you change operations, UTOPIA will advise you which authorisations to send the updated viewing request to.
- Added anew filter on holders
We have added a new filter to the list of holders on operation that allows you to select only those to whom no operations has yet been linked. Very useful when entering and updating data.
- Exporting system administrators
It is now easier to export the list of all system administrators. Just go to the dedicated section, select them and click on the download button. This makes it easier to comply with the obligations imposed on them.
- Customisationprivacy policyof
From now on, when you download anprivacy policy, there is a new tab where you can configure the content in a clear and detailed manner. Based on the persons concerned and the information provided, you can choose the information to be communicated in order to comply with the information obligation.

Assessment model charts, notes field on pre-assessment and multi-selection organisation chart
- Delete multiple organigram elements
We have added multi-selection for organigram elements with the possibility of deleting them en masse, useful for example if after an import you find you have to repeat it.
- Pre-assessment notes field
As of today, there is a new text field within the pre-assessment of a operation when you decide not to use the ENISA method, thus indicating the details of the method you used and improving your level of accountability.
- Company name of the DPO
Inside all document templates now, if the DPO is external, the company name of the organisation they work for is also shown, so you don't forget any information and always have up-to-date documents.
- Charts in the assessment template
The document templates you generate with UTOPIA never stop improving, now within the assessment document you will also find charts showing the level of privacy maturity of an organisation.

Data imports, authorisation details and measure alerts
- New details on authorisations
Now, when an authorised person is involved in both operations as a manager and as a holder, there is an icon that allows you to recognise them without opening the individual operation.
- Improved import procedure
We have included new information on import path compilation errors, when you want to upload your data and something goes wrong, UTOPIA helps you to understand what it is.
- New alert for measures in DPIA
In the impact section you will now find a new alert that informs you when the date of application of a security measure within a DPIA has passed. Don't miss any alerts thanks to the alert system integrated in each register.

New template graphics, deletion of holders and assets and export of authorisations
- New templates for documents
We have updated the design of all templates in UTOPIA. Now, every time you download a document, you have the new design at your disposal for unprecedented readability and clarity of presentation.
- Improved management of assets and holders of operation
There is now another function to manage the list of both holders and assets, with this update you can delete them, even in bulk, without worrying about deleting the linked operations first.
- Export of authorisations to CSV
The function of digital sending of authorisations is again enhanced. With this update you export the views and links of all authorised persons and have everything you need to prove your accountability.
