New filters, asset import and related security measures

  • New icon for digital authorizations
    You now have a new icon to see which authorizations have viewed the authorization document. This way you don't have to go into the tabs one by one and save valuable time.
  • Security Measures on Assets
    We've added security measures attached to assets. Now, when you link an asset to operation, the security measures applied to the asset are also automatically reported so you don't have to worry about manually adding them to operation.
  • Import assets from CSV file
    The census of the assets of an organization is now even easier. Now you can import them independently through an import path that you can use whenever you want.
  • New filter on authorizations
    We have added a new filter on authorizations that helps you understand which ones don't have operations connected yet, very useful when entering data.
  • New filter on operations
    We have added a new filter within the register as a manager that shows you the operations grouped by the owner for whom the organization makes the operation.
  • New filter on managers
    We have added a new filter within the list of managers that helps you to understand which ones have not yet been linked to operations or uploaded the contract.
  • Folders on procedures and privacy policy
    The folder management is now present both on procedures and on privacy policies. Folders help you to better organize your work according to your needs.
  • Manager's attachments
    We have added a new section to the manager's tab at operation. You now upload other documents in addition to the contract and have them available at all times.

Log customization, CSV export and permission management

  • Archive and restore authorizations
    Now, when an authorization is no longer part of your organization, you have the option to archive it, so you can keep the information you need without deleting it.
  • New operations available on MIA
    The virtual record creation assistant continues to learn from your suggestions, we have added new operations sorted by the different types of business and industry of an organization.
  • Mandatory fields in stakeholder requestseliminated
    Thanks to numerous suggestions we have eliminated some mandatory fields in stakeholder requests and added a unique request code.

Log customization, CSV export and permission management

  • Use the matricula for digital authorizations
    Now you can choose to use the matricula instead of the tax code for the management of authorizations to operation in digital format.
  • Choose Authorized Personsas DPO Activity Participants
    Now, choose directly from authorized persons when designating DPO activity participants, so you save time and focus on what's important.
  • Export Authorized Persons also in CSV format
    You have a new export format available for the list of all authorized persons at operation. Choose your preferred format from DOCX, PDF, and now CSV.
  • Customize the description of the register
    We could not miss the possibility to change the name of the register of operations, now give space to your imagination to customize your registers.

Handling of stakeholder requests and downloads from organizations

  • Manage requests from interested parties
    We have added a new section for managing requests to exercise the rights of interested parties, so you have everything under control in one place and keep track of the timing and outcome of responses.
  • Download organization data in .CSV format
    You have the possibility to download in .csv format the general data of all organizations, so you have a document always updated with the information you need.

Record templates, training management and authorized entry

  • Insert an authorization from the address book
    We have added the search button also on the authorizations, this way it is easier to insert an authorization in two different elements of the organization chart and you avoid to fill in the information again.
  • Import authorizations from CSV file
    You can independently import authorizations to operation via a layout. Open the list of authorizations, download and compile the layout in csv format, so you save compiling time and focus on what's important.
  • Createregistry templates by ATECO code
    You have the option of creating a registry template for operations also by ATECO code, so you can use it for all organizations that have the same economic activity.
  • Copy a operation from a log template
    Improvements continue to be made to the copy functions of operations, also copy a single operation within a log from a template.
  • Automatic DPO Training Activities
    If you enter a training activity as part of the DPO's activities, it will automatically appear in the list of courses run by the organisation, so you don't have to enter the activity twice.
  • Export the training log
    After adding the training section you have a new document template that lists all the training activities carried out and the related course details such as date, duration, content and participants.
