Preconfigured catalogs, retention limits, and operations of the responsible party
- We have significantly improved the performance of the entire platform. As of today, using the interfaces is smoother and more responsive;
- We have changed the way we manage the retention limits of operations. From now on, you can alternatively indicate the limit by expressing it in terms of time or by indicating the retention criterion;
- We have finally added new pre-configured catalogues to speed up data entry. Specifically: organization chart elements, purposes, personal data types, categories of data subjects, categories of recipients, international organizations, risks, risk sources, impacts, threats and security measures;
- You can now also save organizations with partial data in case you don't have it available right away;
- We have added a new type of asset: cloud software;
- In the master data of the manager you can view the operations referring to him without having to search every time in the individual operations;
- We've removed some mandatory fields from the contact person, DPO, etc forms so that you can add them even if you don't have all the necessary data right away;
- You can now add organizations that are not subject to PIVA;
- We have also fixed several minor glitches ;

Management of authorized persons and creation of privacy policies privacy
- You can finally manage the operationauthorizations (former appointees) by creating them one at a time or importing them via CSV file (comma separated values);
- You can also create operation authorization documentsin Word (.docx) format;
- We have made a minor change to the master data. You can now also register international organizations.
- We have improved the process of creating and generating privacy policies by adding references to GDPR articles regarding whether or not consent is required.
- We have also improved the overall performance of the system, introduced minor changes that improve usability and fixed some bugs;

Data breach analysis, impact assessment review and approval data
- You can conduct the analysis of a data breach and produce the documentation in Word (.docx), PDF or Excel (csv) format;
- You can review a DPIA by automatically calculating the next review date based on the periodicity you set;
- We have added, in the register of operations, the owner column in case the register is done as a responsible person;
- In the approvals, at each operation, the register to which they apply is also indicated so as to distinguish two apparently identical operations ;
- We have enriched the asset catalogue and added two new ones: UPS and Switchboard;
- We have improved the overall performance of the system and introduced minor changes that improve its usability;

Export of documents and information on the activities of the person responsible for the operation
- You can export an Impact Assessment in Word (.docx) and PDF format. Simply go to the Impact menu select the one of interest and click the Export button.
- You can finally produce privacy policies and consents in a few clicks thanks to the update system that remembers and always takes into account all the changes you make to operations;
- For each person in charge of operationyou can indicate for which activity he/she has been designated through a dedicated field;
- General platform improvements and bug fixes;

Enhanced organization and asset management section
- For each organization, from now on, you can indicate whether it operates also as a manager or only as a holder. In the first case enter the owners in the new section Owners within the section organizations and then associate them to operations.
- All companies that also operate as managers can also census external assets. External assets are physically located by the owner of operation or associated to it but managed by the manager.
- We've improved the user experience and fixed some glitches.
