Import of catalogs, task management, and new fields available
- Exporting the organizational chart
Now you can also export the organizational chart in different formats, so you always have a document representing the entire organizational structure at your disposal.
- Privacy chart in organizational report
One of UTOPIA's most widely used documents gets an update; now the privacy chart, the graphical display of an organization's reports, is also included in an organization's report.
- New "Activities" field on the organizational chart
After the inclusion of the "activities" field on the managers of operation we could not fail to include it on the organizational chart as well, this way you specify the activities of each individual element.
- Importing Catalogs
Improvements in the Catalogs section continue, now independently importing your own custom catalog entries saves you lots of time.
- Copying operations from a log template

Developments continue on one of the most used sections of UTOPIA, digital submission of authorization to operation, there is now a new filter to view expired requests, so it is easier to manage new submissions.
- Specific tasks in the organizational report
Couldn't miss the specific tasks of an authorized person within the organizational report as well, with this update, you have a new placeholder to use in the default document template.
- New field on operation
We have inserted a new field in the measures tab of a operation, which is useful to justify the manually entered reduced risk value.
- Advanced Asset Management
With this new feature when you enter a manager or owner of operation via the "Search" button their assets are also copied, so you don't have to enter them from scratch.

Sub-responsibilities, renaming of attachments, new filter and synchronizations.
- Appointments for the head of operation
We have improved the appointments section within a head's tab by making it identical to the one already on the holders, it is now no longer just an attachment.
- Filter by recipients on the register
With this new filter you view all operations on which you have linked at least one category of recipients.
- Asset and DPO synchronization
With this update, when you choose a manager or owner via the search button, the DPO and related assets are also kept synchronized.
- Renaming Attachments
Now rename any attachment, upload any type of document and personalize it with the name you prefer.
- Sub-responsible link
Managing sub-responsibilities is much easier, now with the new dedicated tab you add them in one click directly to their manager's tab.
- operations of holders
We have added new information to the organizational report, now you also export all operations contained in the registry as a manager linked to the different holders.

Sub-manager contract, operations catalog, and new filters
- Contract for sub-responsibleperson
We have also added the ability to generate the contract to the sub-responsible person, which is useful for all operations where the organization operates as a responsible person.
- Catalog of operations
Introduced the catalog of operations performed on personal data, so you can manage them more easily and view the operations where they are used.
- New note fields
We have included two new note fields that allow you to justify your choices, one related to the number of interested parties and the other to be used when you choose the "LIA not required" option

Multiple templates, predefined catalogs, and new update time.
- Multiple custom templates
As of today, there is no limit to the number of custom templates. Now, for each template you even upload more than one document and when exporting choose which one to use.
- Folders in violations
We have added folders in the violations section as well, so you can organize your log as you like.
- New Assistant Suggestions
Improvements continue on MIA, the assistant to operations, is now also capable of suggesting personal data types for the most frequent operations .
- operations in the export of managers
We also added the column dedicated to operations within the managers report in CSV, so you don't have to download the logbook as well to get this information.
- Default Catalogs
A change that many people have been waiting for for a long time, now in the catalogs section you also display the items used among the default UTOPIA catalogs, so you have all the information you need in one place.
- New update time
We have changed the regular update time that we do every two weeks to include new features or improve existing ones, it is now scheduled for Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.

Log templates, synchronizations, and new tips
- Synchronization of operations
We have included a new feature that allows you to keep a operation synchronized in both registers, either as an owner or as a manager. This way you only edit it once.
- Registry template without constraints
As of today, when you create a registry template, it is no longer mandatory to indicate the ATECO code, so you can apply it to as many organizations as you like.
- New Assistant Suggestions
