Activities of managers, multiple changes, and DPIA criteria
- Filter operations by purpose
We have added a new filter to the registry that allows operations to be viewed also by the purposes entered.
- Create a user from the function manager
From now on, when you enter the data of a function manager, you create a new user directly from the board. This saves time and avoids re-entering data.
- Select asset folders on operations
Improvements on asset management continue: with this update you also link asset folders, if any, to individual operations .
- Use evaluation criteria
There is now a new section for evaluating operations: in the IMPACT section of operation we have included the 9 criteria from the European guidelines that help determine whether or not an impact assessment is needed for a particular operation .
- Set information for multiple operations in just a few clicks
With this update you also edit multiple operations with a single operation, select the ones you prefer, and the data entered are saved for all the operations indicated.
- Enter theactivitiesof the managers of operation
Managing the managers of operation is now easier: we have included the possibility of also indicating on operation the activity carried out by the manager. Very useful in cases where, on the same operation, there are more than one manager or when a manager is involved in more than one operations.

Register without attachments and search for authorized and assets

Now, when downloading a register or report of operations choose whether to include attachments as well, so the process is faster.
- Search for an authorized person also by tax code or matriculation number
From today, through the list of authorized persons, in addition to first and last name, you also search by tax code or matriculation number, so it is easier to manage authorizations at operation.
- Create new assets from manager's card
Improvements on asset management continue, with this update you also create them directly from a manager's card.

Management of security measures, legal bases and data retention
- Data retention by owner
We have improved the management of retention times within the registry as a manager. Now, choose whether to indicate data retention times and criteria also according to the different holders on a operation.
- Catalogue of security measures
There is now also a catalogue of security measures. From now on, when you enter a new security measure on operation it is also automatically entered into the catalogue so you can use it when necessary.
- Multiple legal bases
You now have the possibility of entering the same legal basis for several purposes in a single transaction, thus avoiding the need to open individual purposes one by one and saving time.
- Security measures on the manager
The improvements on the management of security measures continue. With this update, we have also included them on the card of a manager at operation. In this way, the measures indicated are automatically shown on the externally entrusted operations .

New functionality for employee, improvement of violations and managers
- Improved managers' tab
We have changed the managers' tab at operation, the contracts are now grouped in a new section called 'appointments'. This makes it easier to manage relations with the managers of operation.
- Improved handling of violations
You have even more freedom in the connection between the violation register and the operations register; when a violation is completed, if necessary, remove operations from the register without impacting the violation history.
- New feature for the contributor
Continuing the improvements on users, there is a setting that allows the contributor read-only access to operations of a register. You will find the setting in the tab of a co-worker under Authorisations.

Improved virtual assistant, visibility of operations and new filter
- New entries for MIA the virtual assistant
Improvements continue to be made to the assistant at operations, in addition to the name of operation MIA now also offers the frequency, risk level, numerosity and form in which the data is found. All this is thanks to the growing artificial intelligence system.
- Added a filter to the register as owner
We have added a new filter to the register of operations that allows you to select the categories of stakeholders you prefer. This way you only see the operations you have decided to focus on.
- Save and create within tabs
It is now quicker and easier to manage tabs within the organisation section. You can create a new entry while saving the previous one. This way you reduce the number of steps you have to take when entering an entry.
- Visibility of a co-worker's operations
We have added a new setting in the co-worker's tab regarding the visibility of operations that have not been shared with him. You can now decide whether to show the full list or just the editable ones.
- Rating algorithm on operations
From now on, when you open the assistant you can also see how much a operation is used within a certain economic activity. The system also takes into account the most used ones in the last period, so your records are always up to date.
