- Export of single operation: with this new feature you can also export a single operation. Just select it from the list and click the download button!
- Unified retention period: thanks to this handy feature you can apply the same retention period to different categories of personal data within the same operation, speeding up and simplifying your daily work.
- Newsection attachments for the organization: in the new section attachments you can file any type of document, in this way you always have all the documentation related to the protection of personal data in the company available
- Predefined security measures: With this function, you establish predefined security measures for the entire organization and automatically assign them to all operations, even those you already have.
- DPO and owner attachments: When you run operations as a responsible party, also list the DPO's contact information, note the time and address for breach notification, and attach any documents.
- New payment method: Sepa Direct Debit (SDD): added to the payment by credit card. Choose the method you prefer according to your needs.

Internal procedures, security measures in the models of operation and multiple legal bases
- Link procedures to the whole organization: associate an internal procedure to all elements of the organization chart with a single click. Thanks to the function "All (also future ones)" you don't have to worry anymore if you add new elements. UTOPIA automatically links them to the procedure without you having to do anything.
- Add multiple legal bases to a specific purpose: now a single purpose can be linked to several legal bases. The owner of operation has even more freedom of choice.
- Security measures in templates from operation: increase the information you can collect in a template from operation. You can now also add security measures so you don't have to repeat them every time for every operation.

Copy DPIAs, manage organizations in folders, and simplify deletion
- Copy impact assessments from one register toanother: copy one or more impact assessments from one register to another. Save time and focus only on what's important.
- Group organizations into folders: simplify the management of organizations by grouping them into custom folders, choose the name you prefer and add one or more organizations, perfect for business groups or organizations that have common characteristics.
- Simplified organization deletion: we have made it easier to delete an organization, if there are records or other related information it will be UTOPIA to delete the rest.
- Automatic addition of the DPO on operations: from today the link between DPO and operations is immediate, if it is present within an organization will be added automatically to each operation, both for those made as owner and for those as responsible.
